Designed with high speed rotary concept which pick ICs directly from various input options for vision inspection and electrical test before output into tape/reel with auto replace capability.
Pick & Place
Tray to tray test handler designed to perform the high throughput pick and place handling of IC components during the final test phase, which includes ambient and high temperature.
6-AOi Handler
Versatile 6-sided AOi inspection handler powered by AI, designed for MOSFET and SiC modules.
It is capable of detecting component misalignment, tilt, incomplete solder joints, missing components, connector pin coplanarity issues, surface warpage and package cracks.
Ideal for IDMs and OSATs in high-volume production environments.
